and responsible work attitude in protecting the interests of your customers.
Living overseas by myself, based on the introduction by friends and strong
suggestions, I chose to trust PIA and buy a house from your company. During this

I really thank you very much for your company and I am very grateful to
everyone who has helped me at PIA.
Secondly, as the property was about to settle and the time for the loan was tight,
PIA staff worked overtime to help me prepare all documentation so that I can
apply for a loan as soon as possible. From the very beginning of preparing the
materials to the end of the approval process, it took me only 2 weeks to receive a
loan contract. This really made me very grateful to you. At the same time, I also
admire your work efficiency, and the PIA company really It also made me feel
that you are in the customer's interest first.
There is also a person who I would like to say big thanks to Mr. Justin Wang.
Since my loan has been formally approved, the time for signing the contract has
passed the developer’s deadline for delivery. Logically speaking, I need to pay a
certain amount of late fees, but Mr. Justin's help helped me to reduce a large part
of the fees for late fees. I was really very touched and grateful.
